8. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.

10. Take full responsibility for your actions.

Reflection: I think that all the commandments all mean to do what’s right and never lie. These commandments show how much respect they had toward each other. These commandments also show how religious they were. “Also how much they respect the great spirit”. This also show the teamwork and chemistry they had with one another. They not only had respect toward each other but also with the earth. They also respected the earth and never mistreated it in anyway. They could also trust one another and would always spend their time wisely. They also knew how to take responsibility which i thought was really good. They never lied to each other.

Duties and Responsibilities: Reflexologist work with patients to release some of their stress in their lives and tension. They use pressure point to release stress.

Salary: Reflexologist make an annual living of $39,760 dollar each year.

Education: They usually attend certificate or associate degree programs. You must have 110 hours of studying reflexology.

Demand of Profession: There are many job openings for this career, and especially if you know egyptian reflexology.

Reflection: I wouldn’t like to become a reflexologist because i would be a boring everyday job. I want to do something more exciting but that’s my opinion.

This quote indicates that promises should never be broken because then no one would trust you. If no one can trust you then you won’t have any connections. You can’t do certain stuff without other people’s help. You will also be losing friendships with people and also trust. If you don’t keep your promises then it can get you fired from a job. It could also get some of you privileges taken away from you. People will also stop depending on you to do stuff for them. That can lead them into replacing you.

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform physical exams and health histories. Provide health counseling and education.   

Salary: Registered Nurses make an annual salary of $65,470 dollar each year.

Education: To become a registered nurse you are required to have an Associates Degree.

I would very much like to become a registered nurse because I like helping people out. And they make a good salary.

I agree with Henry Thoreau, the best investment you can do for yourself is goodness. If your doing good than you wouldn’t have to be worrying about anything else. You would have to be feeling sorry for yourself or being self conscious about doing something bad. Investing all your time in doing something good for your benefit is the best investment you can do for yourself. Not only because it will never fail but you’ll never regret doing it. Also by doing good, none of your privileges get taken away. Which gives you freedom and you would have to be wasting your time fixing all the bad things you did.

Duties And Responsibilities: They access patients needs by looking through the medical records, personal observation, and talks with the patients and their family members. They also have to record the progress the patients been having.

Salary: Recreation Therapist make an average annual salary of $43,180 dollars a year.

Education: To become a recreational therapist you need to have a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation or recreation with a therapeutic concentration.

Reflection: I wouldn’t want to be a recreational therapist because I feel that it’s a boring job. Don’t get me wrong, i like old people but this job isn’t for me.

I agree with Theodore Hesburgh because I strongly suggest that all the decisions we make should be right ones. We shouldn’t make decisions by what others think or by popularity but we should make decisions by what we know I right. We should go with the cheap way out or the easy way because it will only hurt you in the long run. We should be taking the right way because it will benefit us in many different ways. For example if your friends are cheating on a test and they tell you if you want to cheat with them to. You have the choice to either take the test the right way or to cheat and not gain any knowledge. In my opinion the best way will always be the right way.

Duties And Responsibilities: They are responsible for providing aviation and general medical service for army aviation personnel.

Education: Current license to practice medicine in the united states. You have to be 21 or older, but the maximum age is 42.

I would really like to become a flight surgeon because I’m really interested in being in the military. Also working in the medical career pathway.

To put Lincoln’s quote into more detail, what he’s trying to say is that he can’t promise that he will win something. But he can promise that he will try to win the right way. He won’t cheat, or take any shortcuts. If he loses at least he is losing by doing the right thing. If he sees that someone is doing something bad than we will not stand for him or with him. But if he sees someone doing something right than he would more than happily be willing to join that person. By being true he’s choosing to do the right thing at all time.

Duties and Responsibilities: Mental Health Counselors are responsible for helping people with physical illnesses, death of loved ones, relationship problems or divorce.

Salary: The Average salary for a Mental Health Counselor is between $24,840 to $65,660.

Education: You are required to have a master’s degree.

I would like to become a mental health counselor because they not only get good money but they have a job I’m interested in doing.

What Tyler Haws means is that he knows that if he works harder than everyone else, it will pay-off. He knows that all the time he puts in something, it will pay back just as much as you put in. So for example if you never put in work or if you never even practice, and your looking to win a championship. You will never win a championship the only way is if your teammates are the ones working hard, but you won’t be the reason why they’re winning. Another example for working hard is if you are constantly work on you rcraft putting in six or more hours everyday. You will not only start winning but you’ll have fun doing it because you’re team would be winning because of you. You’ll be more hungry to winning and you’ll starting wanting it more. That could also open a lot of doors and opportunities for you.

X-Ray Technician

Duties and Responsibilities: X-Ray Technicians are responsible for taking clear images where the doctor instructs you to take the pictures. They are also in charge of keeping the patient calm and informed throughout the process.

Salary: X-Ray Technicians earn up to $55,870 dollars a year.

Education: You need a certificate, bachelor's degree and associate’s degree.

I would mind becoming a X-Ray Technician because they have a good salary and there’s many job openings in the X-Ray Technician field.

True independence and freedom

Mr. Young says that the only way to feel free is by doing what's right. If your not doing what's right then your not free or you'll never be. The only way to be independent is to do what is right, if not then you'll just be depending on others. By doing what's right you'll never have to worry if your freedom or independence is being taken. For example if you choose to shoot someone and you end up going to jail. Your freedom wasn't taken away because you did something right it was taken because you did something wrong. Another example could be, if you never do whats right then you'll never be able to do stuff like get your license. Which will give you more freedom to go places. I agree with Mr. Young if you never get caught doing whats wrong then you'll always maintain your freedom. So that's why even if you do something so little like using your phone during class and the teacher catches you and he takes it away. You just lost some of your freedom.

George Chapman is trying to indicate that the only true way to be great is to be a good person. Not only will you feel great about yourself but others will be proud of you to. This is all internal, so if you feel that you did something bad then you’ll feel bad. If you do something good than your brain would perceive you to think positive thoughts. Mr.Chapman believes that the only way to be a truly great person is to be a really good person. If you’re a really bad person than you’ll never be a great person. For example if you decided to not study for a test and the next day you cheat on it. Then you get a certificate but you feel horrible because you know what you did. You will never feel good about you accomplishment if you don’t accomplish it the right way.

Duties and Responsibilities: Radiation Therapist have duties like prescribing certain radiation doses to certain body parts of the patient. There also in charge or making sure their patient is ready to be treated.

Salary: Radiation Therapist average a salary of $77,560 american dollar monthly.

Education: Before becoming a Radiation Therapist you need to have a certificate and an associate’s degree or an bachelor degree in radiation therapy.

Reflection: I would mind becoming a radiation therapist because i’ve studied their job before and i kinda like it.

the short term gain will be worth the long term pain, but it isn't

George Mitchell is trying to say that short cuts will never be worth the consequences. He's also saying that cheating is the worst thing anyone can do in sports. That the easy way is never the solution to solve anything. Mr. Mitchell also indicates that the wrong way will never solve any thing. So the best way will always be to hard for what you want and to not take short cuts. If you do take shortcuts then it might not hurt you now but it will eventually in the long run. All he pretty much means is that cheating is no good and who ever does cheat is no good either. For example if you decide to copy someone's homework because you don' t want to fail the class for the day. You might think its worth not getting a fail for the day then in the future. But what if there's a test on the homework in the future and you don't know any of the answer because you copied.

Duties and Responsibilities: There are many different psychologist and each have different duties like a counseling psychologist is responsible for going to schools and hospitals to lead the group on individual counseling session. Developmental psychologist research changes in behavioral patterns over a person's life. 

Salary: Psychologist make up to $72,710 - $88,400 every month.

Education: Undergraduate degree in psychology ( 2-4 years) . You also need a graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) 

April Fool’s Day

April Fool’s Day

April Fool’s is on every April 1st, the purpose of April Fools was to play practical joke on one another. The theory behind April Fool’s Day is that it was founded in 1582 when France switched their calendars from  the Julian calendars to the Gregorian calendars. The people who weren’t informed about this change and still continued to celebrate New Years in the begin on March throughout April 1st were joked on. They would also put paper fished on their back and call them “Poisson D’avril” which meant (April fish). This meant that they were seen as easily caught fish and gullible people. One of the pros about April Fool’s Day is that you get to prank people but one of the cons is that if you prank someone they can prank you back. Some interesting facts about April Fool’s Day is that no one really know when it began or why it did. April Fool’s Day is considered an official  holiday.
