Duties and Responsibilities: The role that nursing home administrators take are caring for the nursing home residents and for their families. They are also in charge of managing the nursing home's staffs. Nursing home administrators also have to take the financial reins, comply with federal and state procedures.  
Salary: Nursing Home administrators make a annual salary of $65,000 - $90,000 each year. Some may earn over $100,000, depending on the region and the size of the facility. 
Education: You will need at lease a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. Most of the nursing home administrator have masters degrees. 
 Reflection: I am very intrigued and very interested in becoming a nursing home administrator. I would love to study to be one. They get paid good and because i want to have a job were I take charge.
