Duties and Responsibilities: The role that nursing home administrators take are caring for the nursing home residents and for their families. They are also in charge of managing the nursing home's staffs. Nursing home administrators also have to take the financial reins, comply with federal and state procedures.  
Salary: Nursing Home administrators make a annual salary of $65,000 - $90,000 each year. Some may earn over $100,000, depending on the region and the size of the facility. 
Education: You will need at lease a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. Most of the nursing home administrator have masters degrees. 
 Reflection: I am very intrigued and very interested in becoming a nursing home administrator. I would love to study to be one. They get paid good and because i want to have a job were I take charge.

Orthodontist

Orthodontist

Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of orthodontist are to strengthen teeth and also to correct the way a patient bites. They also have to find the problem of the positioning of the patients teeth. Then you will have to use dental tools such as braces,  retainers, space maintainers. You will also be responsible of planning custom treatment plans.

Salary: The average U.S. orthodontist earn up to $196,270, but the CEO however earns up to $178,400. 

Education: Every orthodontist needs to graduate from doctor of dental surgery or doctor of dental medicine. Before all this you first need to achieve a bachelor's degree. You also have to take certain course in college like chemistry, biology, physics, and organic chemistry. 

  Reflection: I would mind being an orthodontist but it isn't my first choice. Being an orthodontist looks like it would pay off.

Business Owner

Duties and Responsibilities: Most business owners are responsible for answering phone calls, filling paperwork,buying office supplies, answering customer request.

Salary: Business owners make up to 68,000 dollars a year, depending on how successful your business is.

Education: Even though you don't need a college degree, it's more of a benefit to have one so you could understand your business more. Some of the various educational career paths are getting an associates degree, bachelors or masters degree in business administration, management or related field. 

 Reflection: I would love to be a business owner because business is always something I wanted to study in. I also know that I could use my leadership skip in this type of career.
